4-6 minutes on a high resistance, then take 1-2 minutes recovery.

 Repeat it 4 times and build it up each week."

Hit the hills

Find a hill, any hill that's long enough, hard enough and

 pretty enough to keep you challenged and interested, and 

set yourself a goal to get up it a certain number of times.

 It's simple, it's effective and you'll feel amazing (and be fitter)

 after: it's hill training.

Drink Responsibly

It’s okay to glance down at your bottle before grabbing or 

replacing it, says former Tour de France rider Frankie Andreu,

 "but keep your eyes on the road as you reach. Don’t tilt your 

head to get the water into your mouth—tilt the bottle." 

"If something comes up while you’re drinking," adds mountain 

bike pro Todd Wells, "bite the bottle until you’re through the 

tricky part."

 Playing Defense

Make sure you are always aware of your surroundings. Know what 

is behind you and watch out for what is in front of you. 

Always be on the lookout for road hazards; sand and gravel, 

glass, railroad tracks, parked cars, snow and slush can wreak

 havoc on you and your bike. Sewer grates and cracks in the road can 

catch your wheel and cause you to be thrown from the bike. 

Watch for parked cars where people may be opening doors on the driver

 side of the vehicle without looking. Always wait until you have ample

 time to make your move, whether you are changing a lane or turning

 a corner. Do not expect to be granted the right of way in any instance.

Emergencies happen. Be prepared. Always make sure you have at least

 one hand on your handlebars, no matter what. Know and 

use your hand signals whenever you are changing lanes or making a turn.

     Umaga dama ni  Rudraman ang pagmamadali dahil wala pa siyang tulog ang iba naman ay nagsisimula pa lang ang araw at sa palengke nakita niyang maraming talong ,langka,isda, kakanin at sari saring gulay na nababanggit sa kantang Bahay Kubo. At nakita niya sa daan ang tatlong puting pusa at isang itim at mukhang itinapon ito ni Willy A. duon kasi me dala siyang bag at nakatingin sa kulay alak na silangan .Makulay na makulay ang silangan bago pa man ito sumikat at nangyayari lang ito sa mga sandaling sumisikat or papasikat pa lang ang haring araw. Season ngayon ng mga pusang nanganganak , ang iba ay malaki na ang iba naman ay kapapanganak pa lang ng June 13.Ang buwan ng Mayo at Hunyo ay wala halos alon sa dagat at ang Mayo ay mainit lang at walang gaanong alon,ang June  naman hanggang ngayon ay maulan lang pero kakaunti pa rin ang ulan at me dalawang bagyo na si Ester at ang isa pa. At si Willy ay iniwan rin ni Rudraman.At nagkalat rin ang dumi sa dulo ng sea wall ang araw na yun ay Dragon Boat race sa Cayucyucan ,race na puedeng gawin kahit saan sa Camarines Norte dahil pantay ang buong Pacific Ocean at wala talagang malalaking alon. Pero iba raw sa Cayucyucan dahil di kailanman lumalakas ang alon dahil natatakpan ng kalupaan at kabundukan. Delikado lang ang June sa lindol at bagyo(baha,dengue). Maraming mangga pero mahal ang bawang. Ang dahilan ay itinatago nila ang mga ito ,anyway di naman gumagamit si Rudraman ng bawang dahil sa acidic ito at di maganda sa katawan at isipan. At hindi siya gumagamit ng bawang as natural antibiotic dahil sa amoy nito sa katawan at epekto nito sa mind na negative. Ito ang viagrang natural , para maiwasan ang sexual stimulation iniiwasan ni Rudraman ang bawang,white and red meat at mga pagkaing hindi vegetarian . How about Daet to Manila naman? Sa pagdudugtong dugtong ng mga bayan ng Camarines Norte magkakaroon na ng mall somewhere sa pagitan ng Daet at Mercedes at mas mahabang paliparan sa Bagasbas Airport.Ang mga kuwento nga naman at mga plano ,malinaw na kahit anong nangyayare sa buhay ng tao ,sumasagi muna ito sa isipan niya. Prabháta Saḿgiita - Songs of the New Dawn - a collection of 5018 spirituality-related songs composed by Prabhát Ranjan Sarkar over the span of eight years (September 14th 1982 - October 20th 1990).
